How do I maintain marble tile?
All marble tiles are naturally porous materials, so they need to be sealed before use.  Also depending on their physical, technical properties and usage of the surface, they need to be resealed frequently, which is a very easy process. Please consult your salesperson and installer for proper sealing and maintenance practices.<\/p>\n

How thick are marble tiles?
Marble Tile thickness ranges from \u00bc-inch to \u00be-inch for residential tiles, while commercial marble slabs can be up to 2 inches thick. Quality also varies by surface design and density.
Does marble tile break easily?
Even though it is stone, marble is a relatively soft material that can be scratched, scraped, and chipped under the wrong conditions. This is especially true if the material is polished, as the imperfections will be more noticeable on the smooth, flat solid surface.
