1. Q: If I want to purchase Titanium Granite, what’s MOQ?
A: The MOQ is one bundle, about 10-15 pieces of slabs, 55-75M2 based on the size you choose.
2. Q: How do you inspect the slabs?
A: We have a professional quality control team who has more than ten years in inspecting slabs for customers who can not be here.
The following are the steps of our quality inspection:
(1) Check the length, width, and thickness of each granite slab and make sure the specification is within the acceptable tolerance;
(2) Check for texture, color, spots, color lines, and grainy/uniform crystal structure;
(3) Check for visible defects like scratches, broken edges, cracks;
(4) Take pictures and send all the above information for customer reference;
(5) Package slabs after receiving approval from customers.
3. Q: What’s your payment?
A: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
We can accept payment methods as below: T/T, L/C, western union, cash, and PayPal, etc.
4. Q: Can you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
