3. Q: How to place an order?
A: For the column order/pillar order, firstly decide the color, size, design, material, finish, and quantity; secondly send us all the details, we would quote the best price. And then client confirms the order if the offer is accepted, then arrange the deposit according to the Proforma Invoice. We will arrange the production after receiving the deposit. We will send the ready product picture for your view once it is finished. We will arrange the shipment after the client’s confirmation. The client arranges the balance payment, we will send the original documents to you or ask the forwarder to release the container directly once we get the balance money.
